“My career at Witzenmann began in 2009 directly after I completed my mechanical engineering studies, which focused on the field of product engineering. Since 2010, the main focus of my activities has been on group-wide international expansion of expansion joint manufacturing, a field in which I have been group leader since 2015. In the meantime I have become head of expansion joint manufacturing in Pforzheim.

I value and appreciate the flat organisational structure and short decision-making paths at Witzenmann. The family-oriented corporate culture also makes Witzenmann an attractive employer to me. It allows me to find a good balance between working life and family life.”
