Metal bellows for the valve-gear industry

High pressure resistance off the shelf

We supply valve spindle bellows with high pressure resistance (up to 600 bar), leak tightness, motion absorption and long service life for the valve-gear industry. These are available made of special materials, such as Hastelloy, Inconel or Incoloy as well. On request, we also validate the performance of our components through load cycle tests under operating conditions.

Heat exchangers

Heat exchangers with corrugated stainless steel hoses have an exchange output several times greater than flat tubes. They offer advantages in respect of operating efficiency, installation and lifespan and are usable almost universally.

Thanks to corrugation of the hose, turbulent flow characteristics are achieved, which intensifies the heat transfer effect. In contrast to laminar flow, this effect has 50% better exchanger output.

Compressors and pumps

Standard expansion joints and flexible metal hoses are here used as series components. They absorb vibrations and unit movements and decouple these from the pipeline system. The flexible elements used here have a long lifespan. Depending on how they are used, they can be supplied with flanged connections or welded connections.
